Three shops, one rail. We aim to have a piece ready two hours after you ask, provided the shop is open and there are two hours left before we lock the door.

  1. Choose the pieces

    Add them to your bag as usual. Collecting is free.

  2. Pick a shop and a time

    Marylebone, Clifton or the New Town. Slots start two hours from now, inside opening hours.

  3. Bring photo ID

    The name should match the booking. We hold an order for 48 hours, then it returns to the rail.

Questions

What ID do I need?

A photo ID in the name on the booking. A passport or driving licence is enough. We do not keep a copy in this demo.

How long do you hold an order?

48 hours from the collection slot. After that the pieces go back on the rail.

Can someone else collect?

Yes, if they bring your ID and their own, and the name on the booking. Say so in the note when you write to us.

What if I am late?

Come any time before close on the same day and we will still have it, within the 48-hour hold. If the shop has shut, it waits until the next opening.

Is collection charged?

No. UK delivery is free over £150; collection is free at any spend.

What are the hours?

Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00. Sunday, 11:00–17:00. The same hours in all three shops. The two-hour rule uses London time.
