Your site's menu is managed separately from your pages, so adding a page doesn't automatically add it to the navigation — a deliberate choice, since not every page (a thank-you page after a form submit, for instance) belongs in the main menu.
Opening the menu editor
Go to Site Settings › Menus. You'll see your current menu items in the order they appear on your live site, plus every page available to add.
Adding and removing items
Add any existing page to the menu with one click. Reorder items by dragging them — the order here is exactly the order visitors see across the top of your site.
Grouping items into a dropdown
If you have several related pages — say, three separate service pages — nest them under a single parent menu item so they appear as a dropdown rather than crowding the top-level menu. This keeps the menu readable even as your page count grows toward a Standard or Premium plan's page allowance.
Keeping the legal pages separate
Privacy, Terms and Cookie pages are handled through their own Legal menu in Site Settings rather than the main navigation — they're typically linked from your footer instead of the header, so they don't need a spot in your primary menu at all.
Checking it worked
Preview your site after editing the menu, on both desktop and mobile — the mobile menu collapses into its own layout, so it's worth confirming a new dropdown still reads well at a phone width before you publish.
