What changes the figure
Access, parts on order, and whether the system is full of sludge. A like-for-like combi in a terrace is the £2,150 line. A system boiler with a cylinder in a loft is a surveyed price.
The daytime £89 diagnose fee comes off if we repair on that visit. Out of hours stays at £165 because someone is getting out of bed — the repair is still itemised.
