Do you come to the house?

Yes. This sample service is a van that parks at your home. You do not bring your dog to a salon.

Will my dog be sedated?

No. We do not use sedation. If a dog is too hot, sore or distressed, we pause or stop.

Can you guarantee how the coat will look?

No. We tidy what the coat and your dog’s comfort allow. We will tell you if a shorter trim is the kinder plan.

What if the coat is matted?

De-matting is only done where it is comfortable. Otherwise we agree a shorter trim with you before we continue.

How do I change a booking?

This demo lets you reschedule or cancel on the confirmation screen. The sample policy asks for 24 hours’ notice.

Is this a real groomer?

No. Waggle & Wash is a fictional sample. A real business would add its own insurance, photos and local checks.
