Care notes
Helping your dog meet the van
A first visit goes better when the van is just a quiet thing on the street, not a surprise.
What we mean by a tidy coat
A tidy is a shape you can live with. It is not a promise of a show finish.
A slower visit for an anxious dog
Anxious does not mean unwelcome. It means we plan a shorter, quieter slot.
