What we mean by a tidy coat

Coat grows back. A full groom leaves a neat outline. A tidy trim clears the face, feet and tail so walks and meals are easier.

We work with the coat you have. Curly, long, short and double coats are handled differently, and we will say so before we start.

We do not promise a particular look. If the coat is tangled, we allow more time. If it is matted, we only continue where your dog is comfortable, and we agree a shorter trim with you first.
