Sign in to your dashboard and open your website editor for text, images and layout changes. If you need the team to make a change or have an account-specific issue, open a private support ticket.
Yes. Add your domain in the dashboard and follow the DNS instructions shown there. Your site can stay on its FastSites address while you connect it.
Automatic backups run weekly on every plan, and daily backups are a paid add-on on any plan. A copy is normally saved before each publish, and you can create your own backup in the dashboard.
Sign in and open Your tickets from the Support area. The ticket keeps your request and the team’s replies together.
Use the account recovery link on the sign-in page. If you still cannot access your account, send a general enquiry through the contact page without sharing your password.
