Domestic cleaning

A house that stays finished, without you managing it.

Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Two people, a written list, and the same faces when the diary allows.

On every visit

The list we do not renegotiate

Tell us once about the cat, the piano, the shelf we should not touch. We keep it on the card in the van.

  • Kitchen sides, hob, and sink
  • Bathroom and cloakroom
  • Floors vacuumed and washed
  • Dust on reachable surfaces
  • Bins emptied, recycling out if it is by the door
  • Beds made when linen is left out
  • Mirrors and tap fronts
  • A short note if something needs you

Rhythm

Weekly is cheaper because the house does not get away.

A two-bedroom weekly visit is usually £98. Fortnightly is a little more per visit, because there is more to lift. The calculator shows the difference before you commit.

First visits inside Seabrook are often within 48 hours. If we are full, we say so.

Next visit

Tell us the place. We’ll tell you the morning.

Most first visits are inside two days. If the diary is full, Lewis says so rather than inventing a slot.
