03

  1. 01

    Tell us the place

Bedrooms or desks, how often, and anything you don’t want touched. The quote updates before you send it.

  2. 02

    We bring the kit

Unscented castile, a vinegar glass mist, and microfibre we wash ourselves. Scented products only if you ask.

  3. 03

    You get the place back

We lock up, set the alarm if you’ve shown us, and leave a short note. Same team the next time, when diaries allow.

Client notes

From people who still have us

All client notes

They come on Thursdays while I’m at the surgery. I stopped writing lists. The bathroom just stays done.

Helen Ward · Harbour WardDomesticSample note

We used a facilities contractor who sent a different person every week. Brightside sends Jonah. The kitchen is no longer a negotiation.

Marcus Adeyemi · The GlassworksOfficeSample note

After the builders left there was plaster dust in the cutlery drawer. The reset took a day. I would not have known where to start.

FAQ

The practical questions

Keys, products, what happens if we miss a tap. The rest of the list lives on the FAQ page.

All questions
Do we have to be in?

No. Most regular clients leave a key in a coded box or with a neighbour. We sign keys in and out of a book in the van, and we text when we lock up.

What products do you use?

Unscented castile for surfaces, a clear vinegar mist for glass and limescale, and a neutral cream for ovens. If you want your own products, leave them out and we will use those instead.

Are you insured?

Yes. Public liability to £5 million, and every cleaner is employed by us — not a marketplace substitute. We carry the insurance certificate to the first visit.

What if something is missed?

Tell us within two working days and we come back to put it right. No debate about whether a tap ‘counts’. If we were there, it counts.

Next visit

Tell us the place. We’ll tell you the morning.

Most first visits are inside two days. If the diary is full, Lewis says so rather than inventing a slot.
