It is a visit price, not a teaser. Add-ons are the same numbers Lewis puts on the invoice.

Products, parking and the minimum visit

Products

Included. Unscented castile, vinegar mist, neutral oven cream. Yours if you leave them out.

Parking

If we have to pay to park outside, we add the receipt. Say so if there is a bay.

Minimum

A visit is two hours. Smaller studios are still a two-person call-out.

Stacks of folded white and coloured towels

Next visit

Tell us the place. We’ll tell you the morning.

Most first visits are inside two days. If the diary is full, Lewis says so rather than inventing a slot.
