Vesper Press
Essays, poems, and the odd stubborn pamphlet.
Sample content
01 — Brief
What we were asked to do
An independent press needed a cover system and an interior that could hold poetry and long essays without looking like two publishers sharing a name.
02 — Studies
Drawing before deciding
03 — Identity
The mark we kept
A stem and a ring — a pilcrow, abstracted. Covers are typographic. Colour is issued once per season, not once per title, so the list reads as a list.
04 — Compare
Before and after
The “before” is a sample of an unresolved identity, not a real previous brand.
Left: before. Right: after.
