Contact

Write when you want to, not when you feel polished.

Email hello@opendoor.example, or use the form. Say what times are possible, and whether you would rather meet in Clifton or online.

The practical frame

Where
Clifton, Bristol — the full address is shared when a first session is agreed, not on the open web.
Online
Online sessions are by video, for adults in the UK, in a private place where you will not be overheard.
When
Tuesday to Friday. A few early evening times. Replies within two working days. If you need help tonight, call Samaritans on 116 123 or, in danger, 999.

What a first session is like

  • A first session is 50 minutes. It is a chance to see whether the fit feels right — not an assessment.
  • You can ask about fees, confidentiality, and cancellations before you decide to continue.
  • There is no obligation to book a second session.

If you need urgent help. This is not a crisis service, and this form is not monitored overnight. If you are in immediate danger call 999. For emotional support, Samaritans are free on 116 123, at any hour.

Enquiry · demonstration form

A confidential note, when you are ready.

Name, a way to reply, and as much or as little as you want. This demonstration does not store what you type. In a live practice it would go to a secure inbox, not a marketing list.

Optional. Please do not include sensitive clinical details here — those belong in the session, not in this form.

A reply within two working days. If you need help tonight, use the crisis lines above rather than this form. Privacy
