The cost is part of the frame, so it is said clearly.
You should not have to decode a brochure to know what a session costs, or what happens if you are ill on the morning of one.

Payment
Payment is by bank transfer, before the session or on the day. A concession place, if one is open, is agreed at the start and reviewed every three months — not used as a quiet source of shame.
Cancelling
Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel without charge. Inside that window, the session is payable. Holidays are given with notice, in both directions.
When you are ready
The door does not need to be dramatic.
A first conversation is fifty minutes. You can decide afterwards whether to continue.
