Organisations

Support for staff, kept apart from the org chart.

Open Door offers a small amount of workplace counselling and reflective practice. It is not an employee-assistance brand, and it will not report on what people say.

The organisation may pay the fee. It does not buy a report on the content of sessions.

Attendance can be confirmed if that is agreed at the start. Anything else stays between the person and the counsellor, aside from the usual limits around serious harm.

  1. A

    Staff counselling

A small number of individual sessions for an employee, held separately from management. The organisation pays. The content stays in the room, aside from attendance, if you ask for that, and the usual limits around serious harm.

  2. B

    Reflective practice

A monthly group for teams whose work is emotionally exposed — schools, charities, health-adjacent roles. Not a training day, and not a place where performance is assessed.

  3. C

    A first conversation for leads

If you look after a team, we can talk about what you actually need before anything is proposed. Sometimes the honest answer is a different kind of support.

Fees for organisational work are agreed per piece of work, not plucked from a public rate card, because the shape varies. Write with a little context — the size of the team, the kind of pressure, and whether you need individual sessions or a group.
