How the job runs
We mark every hole on a ceiling plan before the first hole saw comes out. Fire-rated cans go in the floors that are part of the escape route. Drivers sit where they can be reached, not buried in insulation.
If you already have a lighting designer, we install their spec and flag anything that will not meet the wiring regs. If you do not, we will set levels room by room with you.
