Sample score for ‘worth the time’

01

Challenge

The previous ‘incentive’ was a beach hotel and a forced gala. Half the team would have preferred the time back.

02

Approach

We asked what they would actually travel for. The answer was time together without a deck, one shared build day for a community workshop’s booking system, and a long lunch. Not a themed party.

03

Result

Sixty-eight of the seventy-two invited people came. In the sample feedback, the trip was described as worth the time rather than a obligation.

“Nobody asked us to dress up. That was the whole trick.”
