What we take on, and what it tends to cost.

Bands are indicative, in pounds, and they cover our planning and production. Venue, food, travel and speaker fees sit on top. If a number is wrong for the job, we say so before a contract.

01

Conferences

A conference should change what people do next. We shape the programme, the room and the run of show so the day has a point.

Outcomes

  • A programme built around two or three decisions, not a grid of sessions
  • Rooms people can hear and see from, including at the back
  • A run of show a host can follow without a producer in their ear the whole time

What’s included

  • Programme structure and speaker briefing
  • Venue search, site visit and contract support
  • Registration approach and delegate notes
  • Staging, AV plan and an accessibility pass
  • Showcaller, run of show and on-site lead
  • A short debrief within ten days

Usually extra: Speaker fees and travel; Content design beyond the run of show; Exhibition build; Gifting and print beyond a simple programme.

02

Product launches

The object, the room and the first five minutes matter more than a brand film. We plan the sequence so people remember the product.

Outcomes

  • A room that shows the thing itself, not a slide of it
  • A spoken programme short enough that guests still talk to each other
  • A clear ask: what you want people to do before they leave

What’s included

  • Launch narrative and a timed run of show
  • Room layout, tasting or demo plan
  • Venue shortlist and supplier bids
  • Guest flow from arrival to the ask
  • On-site producer
  • A one-page note on what guests actually did

Usually extra: Film and photography production; Stand build and print beyond simple room graphics; PR lists and media pitching; Product samples.

Awards and galas

Most awards nights are too long. We cut the ceremony, brief the host, and make sure the people being celebrated are visible.

Outcomes

  • A ceremony with an end time guests believe
  • Short winner films or citations that do not embarrass anyone
  • Dinner that is allowed to be dinner, not a second show

What’s included

  • Ceremony structure and script skeleton
  • Host briefing and winner liaison
  • Stage, light and sound plan
  • Room layout, table plan support and accessibility
  • Rehearsal and showcalling
  • Timing report in the debrief

Usually extra: Trophy design and manufacture; Entertainment and after-parties; Photography packages; Broadcast or livestream crew.

Team and incentive events

People can tell when a trip is a reward and when it is a meeting in a nicer hotel. We ask what the group would actually travel for, then plan that.

Outcomes

  • An agenda with space in it, not a conference squeezed into a hotel
  • A shared activity that is optional to enjoy and clear to decline
  • Logistics that do not become the host’s second job

What’s included

  • A straight conversation about what the group wants
  • Destination and venue shortlist
  • Agenda with working time and unscheduled time marked
  • Supplier and transfer coordination
  • On-the-ground support for the travel days
  • A short note on whether it was worth doing again

Usually extra: Flights and hotels, which we can manage or leave with you; Facilitators for strategy sessions; Visas and complex travel risk; Activities with specialist instructors.

Hybrid and virtual events

A camera at the back of the room is not hybrid. Remote people need a way into the conversation, a host, and a reason to stay past the first half hour.

Outcomes

  • Remote guests in discussion rooms, not only on a stream
  • A runtime short enough to respect the mute button
  • Questions answered in the session by the people who were asked

What’s included

  • Format choice: what truly needs a room
  • Run of show for both audiences
  • Platform recommendation and a rehearsal
  • Moderators for remote rooms
  • Broadcast or platform operator
  • Attendance and question notes afterwards

Usually extra: Platform licences if you already own a tool we should use; Translation and caption vendors beyond a standard pass; Set build; Recording edits for later publish.
