01

Challenge

The bank’s annual leadership meeting had turned into a day of slides in a hotel ballroom. People left with notebooks and no shared decisions.

02

Approach

We rebuilt the day around three choices the executive team actually needed made. Short briefings, tables of eight, and a working session instead of a closing speaker. The Foundry Rooms gave every table the same daylight.

03

Result

The leadership group left with an owner and a date on twelve priorities. Delegates rated the working session higher than any keynote on the previous year’s form.

“We stopped treating the conference as a broadcast and started treating it as a working day.”
