01

Challenge

At this size, people at the back could not hear and the exhibition outnumbered the programme. The main stage became a bottleneck.

02

Approach

Three neighbourhoods in one hall, each with its own host, instead of one distant stage. Exhibitors were limited and placed on the route to coffee, not in a basement.

03

Result

Sessions ran at capacity without the usual crush. Operations leads got a closed meeting the exhibition did not interrupt.

“I could find the session I came for without crossing a trade show.”
